The freshly squeezed buffalo milk is directly transported to the dairy plant where the milk undergoes the pasteurization process in order to neutralize all the germs contained in milk, without altering its flavour.
Before distribution, its products undergo additional control, always guaranteeing the best quality.

Mozzarella di Bufala Campana PDO is produced exclusively in the region of Campania from whole buffalo milk and, after drawing and moulding, may also be smoked, but only using natural, traditional procedures.
